I had to do some remodeling in an elderly residents apartment that required us to put her in a hotel for 2 weeks. The staff was phenomenal and took such good care of her. She said she wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. Thank you Best Western staff for making her feel welcomed and comfortable!
Sharlene was wonderful, making us feel welcome. We had a couple of requests, which were taken care of immediately. This is our favorite Best Western. The indoor pool is very well taken care of and is beautiful. I did not swim, but sat in a chair and enjoyed looking at the water.
Great looking facilities, everything looked awesome, unfortunately hotels.com didn’t follow through with a reservation for us but Chelsea at the front desk was unbelievably helpful and called all around and helped us find room. Give that girl a raise cuz she’s the best!
We have an RV but the weather was very bad (thunderstorms, flooding, tornadoes). We felt safer in a building. They do charge $25/night for pet. Plenty of eateries close by. Kroger & H-E-B about a mile. I fell in love with HEB ready to go vast selections. Hotel location was very good and quiet. We will definitely stay again.
Recently stayed there for 3 nights. Room 201 had a strong musty smell as soon as you enter. Beds were comfortable. Loved the square pillows. TV remote was worthless. Could only get one channel. Staff was friendly. Ate breakfast once and it was good. Sausage, eggs and biscuits. The hotel is pet friendly. We had a pup with us. The water pipes made a loud hissing noise in the bathroom from the adjacent room. When I turned on the bathroom faucet black sediment shot out first followed by clear water. No more problems after that. Lots of places to eat at west of the hotel.
The night at Best Western was comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, with cozy bed and all the essentials, making for a restful stay. The staff was friendly, and the check-in was smooth. It was a nice, hassle free experience just what you want after a long day.
Good hotel - rooms are clean, beds are comfy, staff are friendly. I appreciated that the bathroom had a full tub! Unfortunately the pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance during our stay. I used the gym, which just had a treadmill, a bike, and a multi-purpose cable machine. The machine was pretty old and rusty, was careful to wash my hands after using it. They do have a free breakfast with some sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, and fruit. It's close to the town square - not quite walking distance, but a short drive or trolley ride away. Overall decent stay!
Although the hotel was being renovated, my experience here was great! Customer service was on point, my room was clean and my bed was comfortable! This property is really nice and comfy to stay at and I would highly recommend it!
